Where do you buy?

We only buy in the North East. Unlike companies who offer to buy your house anywhere, we are locals and understand the local market.

How will the price you offer compare to an estate agent?

We won’t just be offering you a value, like an agent would, we will present you with a range of options, all of which will be focussed on helping you in your unique situation. We may be able to pay more than you would get on the open market, it all depends on what you need out of your sale.

How long will my sale take?

Again, timescales are arranged to suit you. If you need to stay in your property until you’ve found somewhere else to live, we will happily accommodate this, subject to repossession proceedings (which we will help you with).

If speed is important we can usually exchange within 14 days, with a completion date to suit you. Our local team have also helped many people within hours of facing repossession or eviction. We will keep you up to date throughout the sales process with what's happening, and recommend solicitors who we know will act quickly too.

If you wish, we are happy to exchange contracts to give you the security of a legally binding sale, and then arrange the sales completion to coincide with your house move or new purchase (although this is usually a maximum of 6 months, we can also come to a longer-term agreement).

How much will this cost me?

Nothing! There are no hidden costs whatsoever – no agent fees or valuation and If you choose from a panel of our recommended solicitors, we will foot the bill for that too. You are however, welcome to use your own solicitor in which case you’ll just have your legal bill to pay for. There are no agents and no delays!

What sort of property do you buy?

Any residential property, in any condition, in Newcastle and surrounding areas, down as far as Teeside and up as far as Ashington.
